Started on the dio for my Dom

Some bad news tho: there seems to be something wrong with my compressor...
Air comes out in pulses and I spray blobs of water instead of an even coating :(
Anyone know what's wrong?
have you taken a look at the water dispenser?
ReplyDeletesomtimes my compresor filters to many water out of the air and the cup has a 1/5 of water in it. it doesnt have to be full to let water trough my airtube straight to the airbrush.
wich will result in watermix with paint wich screws up your model.
another thing can be that your airbrush has not been cleaned good enough, if i havent cleaned it good enough it will make a whole lot of bubbles in the paint cup wich sucks.

My compressor doesn't have a water dispenser, so i don't think that's the problem
ReplyDeleteHowever, i do think your point about a dirty airbrush makes sense, i'll do some thorough cleanup when i find some time :)
But the problem has become even worse: It doesn't spray anything at all now....
