Hong Kong, the city of modelers~
Just reporting what i did yesterday :P :
Took a bus to Mongkok and went to Nathan Road, first shop i found was UML,
pretty expensive gunpla and not so much choice, but on the second floor there is a lot of armor and planes, didn't look at the prices because i wasn't interested in buying...
Then started looking for Kwong Wa Street,
couldn't find it first but i asked a few people on the street and they showed me the way :D
(just ask for the street with the hobby shops, they don't know the name...)
When i found it i noticed a lot of shops were closed, but after walking for a while i saw a lot of shops opened, turns out most of them open at 2 PM. One of those shops called J.BO Hobby has a huge display case with nicely painted resin and plastic models, there i saw a resin 1/35 Zeta Head for HK$ 460 what i think is cheap (correct me if i'm wrong).
At the end of the day i bought 1/144 Tieren Ground Type and HGUC Gelgoog Jager,
not so much, but that's because the kits in HK are more expensive then in Guanzhou.
The kits in Guangzhou are cheaper but you have more choice in HK and if your lucky you might find a cheap (old) kit in HK.
I'll share Gunpla street in Guangzhou once i find the English name.
If you ever get to Guangzhou you should really visit it :)

Taking a break :)
Woohoo,
In a few hours I'll be sitting in a plane heading to China :D
I'll be there for 3 weeks so I'll probably won't update when I'm there.
A little socializing once in a while can't hurt :)
I'll also make a trip to Hong Kong, a modelers paradise, like some say.
See ya later :) (in 3 weeks)

MG Strike Freedom update
Finished covering the seamlines and sanding the nubs.
(almost forgot how annoying this is >.< )
[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="640" caption="Flatened the cockpit hatch, puttied the head and seperated the face"][/caption]
[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="640" caption="Sanded the leg parts so it doesn't look like a seamline"][/caption]
The pose I'm planning to put it in:
[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="640" caption="Ruined the wing spreading mechanism... (this MG is way too complicated for me >.< )"][/caption]
I will not be able to finish this soon, because I ran out of thinner and I'm going to China in a few days. So it's kinda pointless to buy thinner now...
